This package consists of a consultation then a meeting after which your site is live. Quick eh?! This helps you establish a web presence NOW on a limited budget.

The Process:

This includes:

  • Consultation to discuss the direction of your site
  • Up to 5 pages with 1 image per page (additional pages in the region of £7 per page) e.g. Home, My Services, About
  • WordPress siteusing a free WordPress theme
  • Blog integrated into your site (optional but recommended)
  • Domain name registration of a .co.uk domain
  • Email address with your domain name e.g you@yoursitename.co.uk set up to forward messages to your existing email address
  • Basic side bar functions (links to blog posts/archive, subscribe to blog, Facebook latest posts and ‘like’)
  • With our step-by-step documentation, we’ll guide you through our process from start to finish
  • Meeting at our premises in Bath or Bradford on Avon (or on Skype) to create your site with us
  • Documentation to support you in editing your site and blog after it’s live
  • 24 hour phone support available from web host
  • No monthly costs! You site is hosted for free by WordPress
  • 1 year domain mapping which points your domain name to your WordPress site
  • 1 year ‘No Ads’ on your blog posts. WordPress hosts your site for free and have taken the liberty of inserting adverts at the bottom of your blog posts. These can be suppressed on payment of the ‘no ads’ fee

Not included:

  • Email Mailbox service available through web host (£0.69 per month + VAT).  This allows you to set up your new email address in Windows Mail / Outlook / etc, or routes your mail to an online webmail service.

Ongoing costs after your first year:

  • Domain name renewal (currently £2.99 for .co.uk and £9.99 for .com +VAT per year)
  • Domain mapping (currently £8 per year)
  • ‘No Ads’ payment (currently £20 per year)

Extras, charged at £28 per hour:

  • Your own header image (theme permitting)
  • Customisation of WordPress theme, within the parameters of your chosen theme (e.g. custom background etc)
  • WordPress lesson in editing and updating your site, following the meeting with us, or at any time after - 1 hour, £28.

Looking to the future:

  • This package is search engine friendly so Google will find your page.
  • However, to get better Google results, we recommend that you upgrade to Classic or Custom package when your business has grown and your budget has increased.
